Research focuses on L2-norm based strategies for Global Optimization, Uncertainty Propagation and Multidisciplinary Optimization.
Research involved use of Machine Learning, Video Processing and Kinematics based approach to develop an algorithm to detect falls among the elderly as part of a collaborative effort between College of Engineering, College of Nursing and College of Medicine.
Worked on the Siebel EIM design and development. Tasks involved design and development of Data stage ETL jobs for EIM, PL/SQL scripts for data cleansing for EIM process, actuate reports design and development, configuration of MVGs, Picklists, Links, Joins, Applets, views, Screen, workflows, server scripts, Siebel admin activities, Repository Migration, local development environment set up, testing, validation and trouble-shooting.
Worked on building high performance clusters for Dept. of Mechanical Engineering.
Managed a team of twelve engineers and technicians at the Pot-room division of the smelter plant.
